This red dry wine is produced from Saperavi grapes in the Kakheti region. For the production of this wine, a green vintage is held in a specifically designated area, or raw grapes are harvested from the vines to minimize the yield of the vineyard and boost the quality as much as possible. Hand-picked grapes of exceptional quality are harvested and processed.
After fermentation, the wine is aged in French oak barrels for six months. This wine perfectly expresses the tones of ripe cherry, vanilla, and spices, which are accompanied by a full-fledged taste - the structure of velvety tannins, which ensures further development and improvement in the bottle over the years.

Serve alongside smoked and roasted meat, steak, and barbeque.
